Chelsea have been unable to recover in the Premier League after the late draw against Tottenham. On the field of a particularly eager Leeds, the Blues got a solid 3-0 ball wash.

Last season, after a lot of relegation stress, Leeds came out with a fright and in recent weeks, playmaker Aaronson and defensive midfielders Roca and Adams have been bought in heavily.

Jesse Marsch’s team also started the season strongly (4 out of 6) and continued against a disappointing Chelsea. Past the half hour Aaronson took advantage of a moment of stunned Mendy and a handful of minutes later Rodrigo doubled the score.

After the break Chelsea couldn’t make a fist anymore and Jack Harrison went one step further. As if it wasn’t bad enough, Koulibaly was also allowed to take a shower early with a second yellow card.

Leeds thus climbs to a provisional joint 2nd place in the Premier League, at Chelsea – which was still very attractive against Totteham – there is suddenly work to be done.
